Annual Meeting Exhibitor Information

August 8-10, 2022 | Omni Louisville Downtown

We hope you will join us August 8-10, 2022 in Louisville, KY for Vision 2022, the Kentucky Credit Union League's Annual Meeting & Convention at the Omni Louisville Hotel. This event offers your company an affordable and effective means of reaching both current and potential credit union clients. You will have a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to credit union professionals throughout Kentucky.

Vision 2022 is not your typical trade show. To guarantee great exposure and traffic, the Exhibit Hall is the focal point of the event. All meals and door prize drawings are located here, so attendee traffic during exhibit hall hours is guaranteed!

Participating in Vision 2022 offers a cost-effective way to connect with credit unions across the state. You are encouraged to bring your company’s latest products and services to our Exhibit Hall and we invite you to network with our attendees throughout the convention.
In 2022, we are offering TWO booth size options for your budgeting needs.  Booths are available on a first-come-first-serve basis so reserve early!
To reserve your booth and get early bird pricing, please complete the form below.  The deadline to submit your form is December 31, 2021 but payment is not due until February 1, 2022 so reserve today!!

The Exhibit Hall is a ONE-DAY event.  Below is a tentative schedule for our vendors:

5:15 p.m.   Exhibit Hall Tear Down
7:00 p.m.   Group Dinner & Entertainment*

*Ticketed event.  Requires advanced purchase and registration.

Hotel Reservations
You must be a registered exhibitor to reserve rooms under the KCUL block. Reservations fill up quickly by the meeting attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel room charges including “no show” charges, as well as any other charges not included in the exhibitor fee.

Exhibit Registration Fees
Exhibitor registration fee is:

Early Bird $1699 / Regular $1,999 - Includes two booth representatives, an 2’ x 8’ tabletop booth, a 7" x 44" identification sign, a counter-height cocktail table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

Early Bird $1899 / $2,199 - Includes two booth representatives, an 8’ x 8’ standard booth, 7" x 44" identification sign, a six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

Booths are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Additional booth representatives are $150 per person. 

Booth registration fee increases to $2,499 if registered AFTER June 30, 2022.


  • Company name will be displayed on our website.
  • Company name and information will be printed in the conference book.
  • Regular Exhibitor registration fee includes meals for TWO representatives.

Installation & Dismantling
Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall and may set up their booth at a time TBD on Monday, August 8, 2022. Exhibitors may dismantle at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. (No dismantling or packing may begin prior to 5:00 p.m. on August 9th unless otherwise instructed by Exhibit Hall Management.)

Attendee Lists
A list of attendees will be provided to each exhibitor at least one week prior to the event.
