Annual Meeting Exhibitor Information

Join us in Louisville, KY for the 86th Annual Meeting & Convention at the Omni Louisville Hotel.  The Kentucky Credit Union League Annual Meeting & Convention is not your typical trade show. To guarantee great exposure and traffic, the Exhibit Hall is the focal point of the event. All meals and door prize drawings are located here, so attendee traffic during exhibit hall hours is guaranteed!

Attendee Profile:
CEOs, senior management as well as volunteer board of directors from Kentucky’s 59 credit unions are invited to this premier event. The 2019 event brought in 144 attendees from 34 credit unions and showcased 43 vendors in the Exhibit Hall.

The Exhibit Hall is a ONE-DAY event.  Below is a tentative schedule for our vendors:

Hotel Reservations
You must be a registered exhibitor to reserve rooms under the KCUL block. Reservations fill up quickly by the meeting attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel room charges including “no show” charges, as well as any other charges not included in the exhibitor fee.

Exhibit Registration Fees
Regular Exhibitor registration fee is $1,395, which includes two booth representatives, a 8’X 10’ booth, a six foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Additional booth representatives are $150 per person.  Booth registration fee increases to $1,695 if registered AFTER June 30, 2020.

Additionally:

  • Company name will be displayed on our website.
  • Company name and information will be printed in the event handbook.
  • Regular Exhibitor registration fee includes meals for TWO representatives.

Installation & Dismantling
Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall and may set up their booth from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Exhibitors may dismantle at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020. (No dismantling or packing may begin prior to 5:00 p.m. on August 27th unless otherwise instructed by Exhibit Hall Management.)

Attendee Lists
A list of attendees will be provided to each exhibitor at least one week prior to the event.
