Emerging Leaders Program

Program Overview

The Emerging Leaders Program is a leadership development experience designed to develop and expand the capacity of tomorrow's credit union leaders. During the program, participants will learn from guest presenters, work in small groups to explore topics, partake in a community service project and strengthen their skills to be successful at the next level and beyond. 

 

 

About the Emerging Leaders Program

  • 8-month commitment

  • 6 one-day interactive leadership development workshops

  • 1 community service-learning group project

  • Limited to 30 leaders

Educational Investment: $635 per participant

  • Meals and refreshments
  • Presentation materials and handouts
  • 1-Day Registration to Annual Meeting & Convention

Travel expenses are not included. Participants will be required to work on a group project, which may require additional hours and/or travel outside of your credit union’s normal work hours. Group project may require coordination between credit unions.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued until seven days prior to the event date less $100 administration fee per person. Substitutions are accepted at any time. All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing.

KCUL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any complaint and to dismiss any registrant found by KCUL, in its sole discretion, to have violated the Code of Professional Conduct, without refund of registration fees.
