DAY 1: January 27 | Getting Back to our Roots

Virtual Learning Experience

The credit union movement began with a simple idea – that people could achieve a better standard of living for themselves and others by pooling their savings and making loans to neighbors and co-workers. It is very important that, as emerging credit union leaders, we take a moment to reflect on why credit unions exist and how they've evolved over the years.  We will learn statistics on Kentucky's credit unions, hear from a Board Director, and get an up-close and personal story of leadership development from a credit union CEO.

Day one also includes presentations from:

  • April Ales, CUNA Engagement Consultant
  • Craig Bilotta, NCUA Examiner
  • Brian Little, CUNA Mutual Group

Join executive coach and body language expert, Justin Patton, as he guides you to explore who you are at your best, outline the #1 trait that holds all leaders back, and challenges you to communicate with stronger impact. Remember: It Start With You!!! You won’t want to miss this. . .
