Roundtable Discussion Topics

This is not your typical leadership conference!  The objective is Dialogue.  Throughout the day, Andy Janning will help navigate us through winding roads and examine issues as they relate to your credit union, such as:

  • Driving Styles.  What kind of driver are you?  Do you have a natural sense of direction or do you use or need a GPS?  Let's talk about your driving style and consider the driving styles of those around us.
  • Backseat Drivers.  Who are the backseat drivers?  Members, employees... your Board?  Backseat drivers have a bad rap but let's look at why our backseat drivers are talking and discuss ways to address their concerns and collaborate on solutions.
  • The Horizon.  Digital and mobile innovations.  New rules and regulations.  Brand refresh and cultural alignment.  Let's talk about how we've prepared for what's on the horizon.
