CO-OP Shared Branching

Credit unions throughout the nation participate in CO-OP Shared Branching, which allows your credit union to serve members in other metropolitan areas without investing in branch construction. Credit Union Service Centers are linked to your credit union by an electronic switch, giving members both access to accounts and personal service at more than 5,000 locations nationwide. CO-OP Shared Branching offers convenience:

Where You Need It

The CO-OP Shared Branch network gives you more than 5,000 branches and over 2,000 self-service locations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and military bases around the globe.  Your members will never be too far from their money when they need it.

When You Need It

Many branch locations provide extended weekday and weekend hours. Members can also find 24/7 self-service locations at participating 7-ElevenĀ® stores. Plus, the CO-OP member service center* is available 24/7 via our toll-free number 888-837-6500. *Service available to participating credit unions only.

How You Need It

Whether face-to-face, self-service or over the phone, CO-OP Shared Branching will have you covered* as an extension of your credit union. Members simply just need to have your credit union name, account number, and a government ID to have access to their accounts just as if they were at your credit union.

*Participating credit unions only.
